Angle iron is a material made of ferrous metal. More specifically, this material, which is also known as angle bar or L-Bracket, is made of plate iron with a stainless steel coating.
Angle iron is produced with a standard length of 6 meters. However, angle iron has varying cross-sectional widths and thicknesses. Available sizes of elbow cross sections include 2 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm. While the thickness ranges from 1.4 mm to 3.4 mm; different for each sectional size. For example, angles with a cross section of 40 × 40 mm have several thicknesses, such as 2.2 mm, 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, and 3.4 mm.
