Wave Plate
Wave plate is a steel plate used in the manufacture of composite plate structures. Wave plates are usually made of materials that have high tensile stress and have an anti-rust coating. Therefore, the wave plate has products including bondek and galvalum roof, both of which are made of anti-rust galvalum material. Wave plate has two functions, namely as a fixed formwork and as a one-way positive reinforcement on the concrete floor of a multi-storey building. The use of this wave plate is considered to be more efficient in terms of processing time when compared to conventional systems that use reinforcing steel.
